Bartosz Moczydłowski is tax adviser with over twenty years of experience in the area of Polish and international tax law. He began his carreer in 1993 as a consultant at the Polish subisdiary of Coopers & Lybrand.
He continued legal carreer as of counsel and partner at the "Robert Bem Kancelaria Doradztwa Podatkowego" where he practiced law for twelve years, being responsible for all tax- related matters, including income and transaction taxes, tax audits and transfer pricing.
He advised, inter alia, Axel Springer Polska, Pirelli Polska, News Outdoor Poland, Stroer Polska, the IKEA group and DeAgostini Polska. He represented clients in numerous tax proceedings before Polish tax authorities and administrative courts. He also carried out dozens of seminars and training courses in tax law.
He graduated summa cum laude from the Warsaw University Law School. In 1997 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford obtaining Magister Juris in European and Comparative Law as the Henry R. Kravis Foundation scholar. He also completed legal studies at the University of Utrecht under the TEMPUS program and graduated from The Hague Academy of International Law. He is proficient in English and Russian.

JAN NOWICKI, attorney-at-law
Jan Nowicki is a fully qualified attorney (adwokat in Polish), practicing law since 2000. Between 2004 and 2014 he was a partner at top tier Polish independent law firm "Wardyński & Partners" with its seat in Warsaw where he co-run Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice (2004-2010).
From 2010 until 2014 he managed the Private Equity practice, being responsible for private equity clients investing in manufacturing, real estate, IT, high-tech and innovative businesses and contacts with the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. On the professional side, he worked with lawyers from the London magic circle firms (Freshfields) and US-based firms (Kirkland & Ellis, Shearman & Sterling or Latham & Watkins) as well as German- and Scandinavian-based top tier law firms.
From January 2015, he was independently involved in IT, corporate, telecom, finance, JV and merger projects (NETIA S.A. and NEWAG S.A.), advertising, e-commerce and media for equity projects (TVN S.A.), commercial litigation (NBG LEASING IFN S.A.), real estate and private investments (Bjarne Rieber Gruppen), etc.
He graduated from the Warsaw University Law School. In 1997 completed international law programme at the University of Edinburgh. He is proficient in English language and can communicate in French.
